View Full Version : Technical Issue: Rodney/O/Swerski
Frequently threads show up as having new posts when they do not. I look at a thread ("A"), go back to the forum, leave the site, come back, and see that A has the new posts icon - but it doesn't have any new posts.

If the french dude ever comes back with the coffees, I am sure Swerski will put him right on it.
The only way I can consistently eliminate this error is the Forum Tool: Mark as Read. And even that fix doesn't work for repeated viewings (i.e., I did it, it worked, I left, came back, it worked, I left, came back, and many threads are marked as new).
again, fwiw. Did bluemeteor.com have these types of issues?

The way things are going arounf here, you should be happy you can see the threads at all. Also I have nothing constructive to say.

It does the same thing to me.
What I found works is to pick a forum, then pick a thread. Then, instead of going back to the FAI home page go the the forum page, then the home page.
No more new posts.
