In my local league, I use Moe, Larry, Curly, Shemp. The team's are grouped by prior year record. The bottom three teams are always symbolically put in the 'Shemp' division.

We name our divisions after "Mr. Irrelevant" from the previous four drafts. A few years ago someone traded down to the last spot and drafted Ben Gay just so we could have a Gay Division.
