Funny that you should ask this - I just PM'ed Steebo about this a few hours ago. I think he just needs to set a deadline for sometime during the week before the first kickoff. The number of cuts due for each team are posted >> here << (http://forums.firstandinches.com/showthread.php?t=1103) and repeated below:

I guess we can wait till after all the pre-season games have been played if you guys wanna do that. Just make sure to make your cuts before the season starts. Or if thats too late we can do it sooner, dont matter to me.

Why don't we make the cut down date the Friday of Labor Day weekend (9/1). All the preseason games will be finished and the season opener will be that next Thursday.
