Looks like they are definitely passing on Vincent Young for Reggie Bush, unless they can find a buyer for Carr.

Its the right move. They do need to sign a solid vet to push him, though, and Ragone ain't that guy.

Why wouldn't they wait until after the fraft, just to see if they could land some juicy trades for their spot?

Carr was due a roster bonus. I'm not sure if they had to decide or not before the draft.
