He really only gave up 3 valuable things: Brees, Davis, and the 2nd rounder

He didn't need Brees with his QB stable and he got back the best TE in the game (who still has at least 4 or 5 top years left). DJax is quality and Horn should provide some help this year.

I think the trade was good for both of us. Since hoo is so loaded at QB, he won't even notice the loss of Brees and now he's added a much-needed RB, the top TE in the world, and a WR who will start for him every week.

I was able to add some young talent, which is what I'm looking to do. I'll be ready to compete again in 2009 and maybe even as early as next year!! :hyper:
