Everyone seemed to enjoy the rankings I did last year so I thought that I would do them again this season.

1. Kadaver
A very balanced team that simply drafted to take advantage of value as it presented itself. This owner did not chase a stud qb but will have a decent starter in Bradford. Ian Johnson should have a big bounceback season on yardage and get the amount of tds that he had last year. The depth beyond Johnson at rb is probably the best quality in the league. The receievers aren't bad either. I don't want to play this team.

2. Hog Chow
A very balanced roster with many no-brainers at starter. Crabtree should be a mega-stud once again. If Holbrook can stay healthy and not have too many off performances then this team will be in the Championship game.

3. Dagger
A team that I think had a super draft. From top to bottom this team has excellent starter quality and some nice potential gems such as Woods, Jefferson, and Zimmerman. I like this team to maybe start a little slow and then come on really strong down the stretch.

4. MStella
Tim Tebow will anchor this team. Stella can manage a college fantasy team well without Tebow but when you have a QB that can put up a 60+ point game then you have a very dangerous team. There may be issues on this team at RB #2 where it will be difficult to figure out who to start early on. WR #3 could also be a challenge. Should be a fine team though.

5. Justice
This is always a strong team. As usual, it is WR and QB heavy and that has been a good formula for this owner for many years now. Many system offenses were capitalized on in the draft and that should pay off throughout the year. If Josh Adams is for real this year and can stay healthy then this team will be very tough to beat. RB #2 is the only weakness. This owner usually does well in free agency so any early weaknesses are usually repaired fairly quickly.

6. Steebo
This team has to be ranked high because since 2004 (and maybe later) the team with the Texas Tech starter at QB has made it to the playoffs in this league each year and has played in the championship game a few times. The starting two receivers are studs and the #3 receiver position looks like it will be above average. The running backs aren't flashy but they will put up a modest amount of points on a weekly basis. The Texas Defense should be improved as well.

7. Scorpion
This owner did a good job at drafting good value in the mid-rounds. He could very well end up with a stud at RB #2 or WR #3 with some of the sleepers that he bagged at that middle point of the draft. The early rounds were nicely done as well. Not a bad team at all.

8. Duk
An above average team with the weaknesses being at WR #2 and #3. Studs at both RB positions and the QB will be steadily good.

9. EMoney
Overall, it is a balanced team. Royster or Washington must shine at RB and all indications out of summer practices are that they are ready. WR #1 and #2 are solid with Aldrick Robinson being a wild card at #3 WR. The QB situation is a little odd with the likely starter for SMU in Mitchell on the roster as well as the top two on the Tulsa depth chart. The problems will be the QB rotation at Tulsa and can a true freshman put up enough stats at SMU for this team to do well. This team will need some luck at QB to make it to the playoffs.

10. Bayou Bengal
I'm not sure why this owner chased QBs with a solid one in Daniel but he did. Excellent value receivers were passed on while drafting Boeckman and Sanchez. Starting two tight ends at WR is very risky in this league. Nevertheless, this team is loaded at RB 1 and 2 with a fair amount of RB depth. QB gets an A. The team defense is the best of the league. It is hard to not see this team being competitive throughout.

11. SeaOne
This owner had quite a record breaking run last year on the way to the championship. Unfortunately, this year the roster doesn't look near as scary as the 2007 version. Noel Devine could wind up being a stat monster but we'll have to see if he can take the pounding now that he is the starter. Grothe will have some big statistical games of course but can't do it all himself. Dufrene could be huge but it is tough to say right now. Eric Morris and Chris Williams will be strong for this team. Can SeaOne pull another Maclin out of free agency like he did last year? He will likely need to in order to make the playoffs I think.

12. Laxref
The QB play should be near A level. Beyond that I can't see much success from this team. Lucky and Spiller don't excite me much as a RB tandem but maybe it will be their year with all of their experience. The #2and #3 receiver positions are really up in the air early on and this owners ability to start the right player there will tell a lot.

I moved up 5 spots from last year's prediction!! woohoo!

I had Ian Johnson one year too early....
I started the TTech QB trend (yup, my only year in the Championship and got completely obliterated by...yup, Justice)
last year, after I was eliminated from the playoffs, my team exploded in points.... like someone said while drafting, get those wins early.

Oh great, I start with Kadaver... may your players all rest at half time! :D

Overall I am really pleased with my draft, save for my Kyle Jefferson pick who evident;y is running as the # 3 receiver. And Nate Costa's injury doesn't help.

I feel like I was able to get nice depth at running back with Donald Brown (gm of the week for keeping him on my bench this week - 4 tds), Kenny Lewis Jr., and Shannon Woods.

If Detron lewis can replicate Amendola's stats from last year, and Zach Zimmerman can thrive as a starter in June Jone's offense (two huge ifs), I really like my chances.
