This week for me seems very exciting for the league since many teams have had to make very tough decision regarding starters due to cancelled games or bye weeks. Also, some teams may begin to emerge as their players are finally off from some bye weeks.

Bayou Bengal appears to have the best team in this here league. I think I might be able to get him at full strength though. This week I was very vulnerable with Tulsa off and SMU at Texas Tech. I'm hoping for a showdown in the playoffs. Many more games between now and then though.

Michael Crabtree just 'Iked' me this week. Can't believe what a bust Marlon Moore has been so far for Fresno State.

I have a nice problem at qb between Reesing and Max Hall. I figured I picked the wrong guy again after Reesing had 4 tds Friday, but Max Hall threw for 7 yesterday.

I feel good about my backs, with Donald Brown (9 tds!), Harvey Unga, Arian Foster, and Shannon Woods.

Receivers - This is what is going to hold me back. I don't have that guy who can give me 1 td and 100 yards a game, every game. I don't have enough here to compete with the big guns in this league.

I can't get anyone to stay healthy.

Byes and injuries are killing me.

Beckum, Mike Ford, Ben Williams ... all hurt. Throw in the early-season byes from all my teams, and the only reason I put up even semi-respectable numbers in the first two weeks is because I had two defenses that pitched shutouts.

Without the shutout, though, I might not have scored 60 this week.

If I can find another RB to step up along side Mark Ingram I like my chances as my WR's are one hell of a group.

Don't forget that trading season is open.

On Reesing and Hall, I was thinking that poor Dagger had left the wrong player on the bench again only to see Max Hall go berzerk.

I was at the Alabama game Saturday.

Coffee was running for a lot of yards but Ingram was getting most of the TD carries.
Everyone was cheering their heads off, but I was all "DAMNIT!!! WTF!!!" :screams:

People were looking me like "whats wrong with you man, Bama's kicking ass". :headscratch:

My girlfriend, who knows i'm in the NCAA league, said "thats not your guy, huh?"

I say, "Fuck no, they keep giving the ball to Justice's guy!!!"

When I was at the Auburn/Souther Miss game last week I would cringe every time they hit Fletcher. Several times I blurted out "please get back up" and had some odd looks my way. My wife knew what was going on but of course thinks it's all stupid.

Dude, what the heck was this all about?? Might want to cut back on the triple-espresso's on game-day.
