Nagin: Mayoral foes don't 'look like us'

From the Houston Chronicle:

Mayor Ray Nagin this weekend, campaigning before an almost all-black group of evacuees in Houston, said he is uncomfortable with the upcoming mayoral election. Noting that 23 opponents entered the fray by the ending of filing deadline on Friday, Nagin said: "Very few of them look like us."

Sounds like he'd be great for the Dallas City Council and Dallas School Board.

Whatever happened to John Wiley Price? I use to keep up with his antics when I lived in Wichita Falls, but havent heard anything about him since.

That guy can be totally ridiculous at times.

He's still around playing the race card every time he doesn't get his way.
