I was actually pulling for the owners to reject the deal.

I wonder if the Broncos are now going to rethink dropping Anderson and Pryce. :dunno:

they have to be going after Lewis or Edge pretty hard if they dropped Mr. Anderson. The runningback depth in free agency is pretty nice.

Happy day to be a Browns fan!!# Bently and Vicious, I just hope they have the money for a LB like Arrington or McGinest... but even if not they're looking better. With players coming back from injury (Braylon, Kellen, Gary Baxter), an improved O-line, hopefully a solid player or 2 from the draft, and some consistancy... might as wells skip the 2006 season, 'cause the Browns have it IN THE BAG!! :dopey:

Things are pretty quiet on the Steelers' front, which is weird considering their historic tendency to go crazy in FA.

Eh.. please explain the Brees love. His arm was ordinary before it was tore out of its socket, and all he's had to do the last couple years was hand off to LT and occasionally throw to an unusually gifted TE.

Brees is a better fit for Miami particularly seeing how Culpepper's decision-making got exposed last year when he didn't have Moss affecting coverages. Miami has a number of smart, gifted receivers and the main thing they need from their QB is accuracy, game management skills and no turnovers.

On the plus side, there's no way for Booker to outrun a Brees rocket special!

I'd rather the Dolphins not get either one of them since they are both coming off big injuries, but if I had to choose one it would be Brees.

That's total bullshit! I just called several of Miami's black receivers "smart" and "gifted"!

also, after i posted that someone called into sirius nfl with the question "who's the better fit for miami, brees or culpepper" and i shit you not those guys said brees because, while culpepper is more athletic, miami needs someone who's a good decision-maker and can manage games and that's brees. I was all, decision-making and game management, that's what I said at FAI, you sirius bitches aint got nothin on us!@#

I'm not sure I subscribe to dolfan's position that black people can't make good decisions.

I just want to get that on the record.

I'm just tired of all the anti-semitism in the NFL. When you point the finger at others there are always three fingers pointing back at yourself. And that goes for all of you.

Is there some sort of movement to have Jay Fiedler banned from the league?:D
