Technically, the rules state that if a person does not pick within the alloted time, then they are moved to the bottom of the round. So I could move his Round 9 pick to the bottom of Round 10, and start the clock again for his 10th round pick.

We did not move you to the bottom of the round, we allowed you to pick when you showed up, so he has 2 more hours to make his Rounod 10 pick and i'm willing to allow him to make his Round 9 pick at that time as well.

I'm cool with a 4hr time limit for swing picks, I realized that afterwards, that he had two. Not trying to stir up any shit--and no, I wouldn't have wanted him to fall to the end of the round, either.
