D/ST Chicago Bears
QB - Pleased to have Romo, he has a good set of WR's and TE to throw to. Garrard was a "best available" pick. Grade B
RB - Happy my two starting RB's (Johnson and Benson). Not thrilled with Portis, but he and Taylor will make a decent bye week plug. I probably took Ringer too early, but I see him as a handcuff to Johnson because Blount is a powderkeg waiting to explode. Grade A-
WR - Jackson is a good #1 as long as he remembers to spike the ball AFTER he crosses the goal line! I don't have ANY idea who my #2 WR will be. Grade C
TE- Shiancoe was a homer pick, but by the same token, with the plight of the Vikes WR corp, he could be in for a good year. Miller plays for a team that has no WR help, plus Campbell likes to throw to the TE. Grade B
K - Eh, Akers was a best available pick. Really wanted Kaeding but SOMEBODY right before me (*cough* pisl *cough*) took him! Grade C
D/ST - PIT (Palomanu) and CHI (Urlacher/Peppers) both are solid D's. Grade B

QB--Certainly have to like Brees here; he's consensus top-3 and has every chance of being #1. (I think he'll be 2 behind Rodgers). And though I probably won't use him more than once, I think Big Ben's a nice steal. Suspension was reduced to 4 games, so he'll play Week 6 after the bye, and have the kinks worked out by Wk7 when the Saints are off. Grade: A
RB--Mom always said the key to the draft is getting a good #2RB, so I went ahead and drafted four of them. Any or all of these guys could turn out to be legitimate #1s, but the more likely scenario is I'll kill myself figuring out which 2 or 3 to start on any given week. Ivory's an upside pick; he looks really sharp and could move into a sharing role with Thomas if he carries it over into the regular season. Bradshaw looks good because Jacobs is declining, but he's not guaranteed a whole lot either. Same with Felix. And don't count out LT! He looked like he still had something left last week. Grade B for depth.
WR--Roddy White is as solid as they come, top 5. I fall off a cliff after that; I have hopes for Malcolm Floyd but it's mostly just that--hopes. Meachem will do OK but doesn't have a whole lot of upside, and Berrian SHOULD benefit from Rice's injury and Favre--but Berrian has disappointed many a fantasy owner despite chances. I'm thinking if I can get a surprise out of my RB I might move one for a better #2WR. Grade C, teetering on C-. Easily my weakest position.
TE--One of those guys is gonna have a pretty good year; I just hope I can tell which Skin to start. I think Gresham may be the steal of the draft; rookie TE's don't often turn into studs, but the kid is madly skillzed, and it's not like there are a million options for Palmer. Grade B- for starting dilemma and reliance on hope that Gresham will end up better than either Skin.
K--can't go wrong with Bironas; they kick a lot of FG and he is most moneyest from 40+. Grade A
D/ST--Ravens. Out of the elite echelon but always a good stiff defense. Grade B+.

QB
Even with the uncertainty of the Jackson situation, Rivers has as much upside as any QB except the big two. Playing against some suspect defenses in the AFC West also adds to Rivers' value. If they get Jackson back or one of the other WRs steps up and becomes a big play threat, Rivers will be a top 5 QB. The other Manning is a nice backup to have. He has a group of nice young WRs. Bradford was a total shot in the dark. I know it's only preseason, but the kid has looked better and better as camp progressed. If the Rams' O line stays healthy, it's gonna be fun to see the kid play. He can flat chuck the ball.
Grade A-
RB
The Jets will run the ball all day every day. Greene's value is huge if he gets the ball 20 times a game. With LT lurking, Greene makes me nervous, but like I said, the Jets will run the ball, so there should be plenty of carries available for him. Moreno's hamstring injury scares me as well. I love Denver's schedule this year, and if Moreno can stay on the field I like his chances for a decent year. What can I say about Arian Foster other than the fact that he makes me horny. I have a man crush on him. I love the Texans' offense and grabbing Slaton almost assures me of having their main RB. As of right now Jones is still listed as #1 RB for the Chefs. I know that Charles will take over that role before too long, but Jones may wind up being a goal line back. This was a depth grab
Grade B-
WR
Johnson and Johnson. I made some serious sheckels a few years ago on that stock. I could make some more on these guys if this was a money league. Not a better duo of WRs in this league, IMO. Yes, if I could do what a male dog does, I would. Ward, Evans and Hester are nice backups. This should be the strength of my team.
Grade A
TE
I was shooting for Zach Miller, but I thought he would slide to me because every team drafting ahead of me at the turn already had a solid starting TE. No way did I see Jackal grabbing him one pick ahead of me. Heath Miller is too inconsistent for my taste. He has weeks with no targets, and weeks with three or four redzone looks. This is a position I will look to upgrade via the waiver wire or through a trade. Yuck!
Grade D+
PK
Love the Nate.
Grade B+
D/ST
The Eagles were my third ranked D, so I was happy to get them where I did. DeSean Jackson can break one anytime. Hoping for a few big weeks out them.
Grade B+
Overall Grade B. TE position keeps this team from getting a higher mark.
