I have a relatively low seniority here, and we're slow as hell right now. Our division has been slowly widdled away throughout the past 3 years, and now I heard that a huge number (like 40%) of us will be laid off this Friday.

Couple those fact with the fact I just bought a house and my wife doesn't work and is 5 months pregnant with our third child and I do believe that puts my neck directly on the chopping block!
