If you've been talking about strategy for a while you must start talking about execution now (EMoney's about to begin using this one a lot) "If you have a bad strategy, no amount of good execution will help."
Restructuring buzz words:
Volume sensitive business = has massive fixed costs
Limited downside = things can't get much worse :D
Network optimization = figuring out where to locate plants :yes:
