OK, I sent him a couple more emails to 2 different email addys I have for him, still no response. Since the draft starts Monday I think if I havent heard from him by tomorrow afternoon I need to replace him. That will give the new owner time to look things over before the draft.

Anyone have a problem with that?

uggghhhhh...I hate going through this. When's the last anybody heard from Pong? Didn't he reply at the end of last season that he wanted to continue w/ the LOD?

Maybe we can have someone draft for him in the interim and if we don't hear from him by a certain date then replace him?

I don't know - I'm going to be gone all weekend and won't see the results of this until Sunday night - so I guess do whatever you think is best. I just hate the rate that we lose owners.

Me too, but I dont want to ask someone to draft for him. If I tell someone to join up it will be their team.

I think we should at least have someone lined up to draft for him and then leave it to you to determine how much more time he should get before he's dropped.

Its a little naive to think he's still interested if he hasn't gotten back in touch with you or checked in at the board at FF Today.

My thoughts exactly, and I do have someone lined up. I just dont want to tell them that they need to get ready for the draft, get through some of it, and then say, "sorry, but thanks for the help".

If this is the case then we need to postpone the draft and, AS A LEAGUE, decide how to move forward on this issue. Either we have Pong participating in the draft or we replace him as an owner (and apparently give the new owner an intact team which we didn't do with the others, fucking brilliant move)

My point is that now we have three new owners this season, two of which got to "customize" their team and create something, the other who got an old team like every other newbie in this league. There is an obvious inequity there and the short sided change that the league voted on was the wrong decision, IMO.

Whatever, replace Pong and we move on, fuck him, there's no money in the league so he's got nothing but short and curlies invested in here.
