Voting on trades vote - should we bother?

Vote "yes" if you want to keep the rule as it is.

Vote "no" and you are approving the following instead:
trades made during any time other than the annual draft would only be voted on if challenged within twenty-four hours of the trade being posted on the league forum here at FAI - if challenged then the trade still passes unless there are seven votes (out of twelve possible since the traders votes don't get included) against the trade within seventy-two hours of the challenge being posted
trades made during the annual draft can only be reversed by the commissioner (we don't want to halt the draft for four days while we await a vote)

Can we interpret the following as a :no: vote? I'm pretty sure we can, but prefer to get it verified.

I disapprove of voting on trades.
I disapprove of feeling the need to post the whole boring ass email exchange that led to this trade.
I approve the trade.
