Usually when you go to the league website and bring up a list of free agents, the guys listed aren't on anyone's team. Also when this player isn't listed on a roster, usually this means he's not on a roster. But this league is different I guess. There must be a double secret roster list somewhere :ch:

Is Larry Johnson available? On the website it looks like he's on a roster, but who knows if that's accurate. He'd be a good pick for you here.

I just dug through the site. DD has only 25 players listed but also has Ryan Kileen K Detroit listed on the front page as a player on his team, but not on the website roster. I went through the entire years transaction log and found no mention of John Kitna being dropped. I also found no mention of Ryan Kileen being dropped either. :dunno:
My best guess is that the website screwed it up when they switcjed Kitna from the Bengals to the Lions. Maybe they deleted him from the system, then recreated him as a new player on the Lions.
I think this would be pretty cut and dry if it weren't for DD having 26 players on his roster (counting Ryan Kileen) and the complete loss of the FFToday archives. cough coughmegla

Yes, this has been one of the flaws with the site in relation to players not in the database. That list on the front page has never been updated in a timely fashion. It has been for the most part up to the team owner to keep up with that and add the player as they become available to the database. This is what I did with Payton last year. Once he was listed in the database, I added him to my roster.
I would assume with your situation, since you have 26 players on the roster, Ron Johnson would be considered not on yours anymore.
Ron Johnson didn't stay on my team long enough to matter. I cut him before the season started last year. Unfortunately, our league history has been deleted as part of the fftoday problems. It should be up to whoever updates the website to remove players from the website when they are cut from a team before they are in the system.
From my perspective, Kitna is clearly on DD's roster. If Gutter is just going to leave his pick as it stands until it's resolved, could someone please attempt to resolve this :whip:

From what I recall I dropped Killeen in preseason last year because he never made a roster. He was my 7th round pick last year to honor a good Trojan. I don't ever recall dropping Kitna.
