The '04 MFL site. It says he cut the following players on May 2, 2005 at 1:01:19 p.m. ET:

Kitna, Jon CIN QB
Nall, Craig GBP QB
Jackson, James FA RB
Whitted, Alvis OAK WR
Ricks, Mikhael FA TE

If MFL had a problem and dumped Kitna from their DB, there's no reason to expect that it happened at precisely the same second as DD's other roster dumps.

It's got a FA for Nall and not a (K), I assume meaning that Nall was added during the '05 season rather than carried over from '04.

Well, Looks pretty conclusive to me.

I wasn't commish at the time and I doubt Justice will remember back that far but it looks as if DD did drop Kitna.

Since the MFL site is the only league history we have now I guess we have to go by that.

I actually did pick someone else, figuring it wasn't worth it. Then when galt confirmed DD dropped Kitna in 2004, I changed my pick back to the original selection.

I don't even want an apology at this point, it just confirms the kind of person DD is. It's clear that he's the classless asshole in this situation.
